Very large antique goddess head. More than twice human size. 19th century workshop plaster with a very beautiful outdoor patina; the chance of a long stay outdoors has in fact made it possible to give this sculpture the texture and patina of an enormous piece of white coral; the whole offers an obvious and sought-after decorative interest. The piece is solid, stable and presentable as it is despite some holes in the hair. French work from the second half of the 19th century.
