French work, Napoleon III period Superb large tray all in lacquered and gilded wood, with central cartouche decorated with a flower vase with mother-of-pearl inlay. Decorations of foliage and other gold on the whole piece, work of very good quality with a lot of character. Entirely from the period, having undergone no restorations.
