A Bacchus Vase By R.lalique flag

Object description :

"A Bacchus Vase By R.lalique"
The Bacchus vase was created by R.lalique in 1938 in white glass.

It is designed by Marc lalique, the son of René Lalique who will take over the management of the lalique Company  in 1945, after  the death of his father.

The style of the vase is influenced by an artistic trend  of that time, where we find the aesthetics of Cocteau and his film "Beauty and the Beast.

The vase is in perfect condition and has its own  brown patina.

The signature is sandblasted in block letters.
