Workshop of RAPHAEL (1482-1520) - early Christies stencil Large 16th century Italian High Renaissance depiction of the Madonna Tempi, oil on panel. Beautiful large old and rare version of Raphael's Madonna Tempi depicting the embracing affection of the Madonna and the Christ Child. Excellent condition for its age with some slight peripheral losses to the exterior composition but no notable restoration and presented with a clean stable surface and housed in an old carved devotional frame possibly made as an altarpiece. Dimensions: 38" x 28" framed approximately
