Lucien Neuquelman is a French painter.
Lucien Neuquelman studied art and painting from an early age.
Lucien Neuquelman studied at the School of Fine Arts in Toulon. Then in 1930, he joined the Académie de la Grande Chaumière in Paris.
He meets the famous artist Othon Friesz who becomes his friend and takes him under his wing.
Thanks to him, and the innate talent of Lucien Neuquelman, the French artist quickly became known and began to exhibit in many places.
