Representing the full-length portrait of a young boy in sailor's attire, a cane in his hand and his right foot resting on old books. Not framed. Key frame. Very good state. Louis-Robert-Mary Carrier-Belleuse, born in Paris on July 4, 1848 and died in Paris on June 14, 1913, was a French painter, sculptor and ceramist. Artistic director of the faience factory of Choisy-le-Roi. Son of Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse. Museums of New York, Petit-Palais and Orsay in Paris, Rochefort etc....
