"Louis XV Bronze Spark Guard Fireplace Screen"
Fire screen, Louis XV style fire screen. Rocaille shape with acanthus decoration in its center, a motif with the attributes of music. Work from the Napoleon III period signed by the bronzier Dostal, 28 avenue Daumesnil in Paris. The gilding is very well preserved and finely chiselled.
