P., Imp. Curial-Archereau, 1946, 1 leaflet in-8° (235 x 175 mm) in 3 sections, cover illustrated in color by R. Géri.
In a perfect state.
Very rare leaflet presenting the motor boat "You-You" released from the Chantiers Navals de Maisons-Laffitte by the firm Bugatti. Fully illustrated with drawings by Géri, the front cover presents the canoe with a family, the last, the engine, and inside, several detailed views as well as a cutaway. "In his shipyard, Ettore Bugatti had the "You You" built, a pleasure craft equipped with a 4-stroke engine, positioned in the bow in front of the pilot. Three lengths were available. It seems that about fifty engines were built. An advertising leaflet was even printed in 1946. This light boat accommodated a small 2 to 5 hp engine. When Ettore died in 1947, his son Roland Bugatti continued the activity until 1963" (houses site -laffitte-hier).
