Sawtooth blade hunting dagger from the second half of the 19th century. Brass mount, pommel in the shape of a deer's head, cross decorated with a dog's head (see wolf shop) and an HC monogram, inverted double quillon representing boar's legs. Stag antler handle. Blade serrated three quarters the length. metal scabbard with brass fittings. ABE condition: with traces of use. blade length 39.5 cm, total length 64 cm.
