"Bust Of Cherub In Carved Linden XVIII"
Bust of Cherub in linden sculpted in the round 18th century. The cherub with curly hair and a joyful facial expression is depicted staring at the horizon. On each side two large wings finely sculpted with feathers intertwine under his neck. This cherub bust is an 18th century architectural sculpture that was probably originally part of an altarpiece. Beautiful patina.
