Object description :

"Hammered Vase Signed Daum Nancy Decorated With Cornflowers, Circa 1900"
Elegant ovoid vase, signed in intaglio ''Daum Nancy with the cross of Lorraine'', in acid-etched multilayer glass, reworked and hammered, revealing a floral decoration of cornflowers, in a naturalistic way, in the shades of mauve, around 1900.
The technical work expressed by the different textures found on the piece, testifies to the know-how of the great French glass masters of which the Daum house is a prominent figure.
