Round barrel, engraved in the middle with a ring and signed on the top G. NORTMAN A BERLIN; silver decoration on the breech tail.
Flintlock lock engraved with grotesque figures and signed DARS à ANGERS; swan-neck hammer decorated en suite.
Openwork silver receiver engraved with two zoomorphic heads.
Chased silver trigger guard embellished with a Caesar head.
All chased silver fittings engraved with a half-round hump.
Long-tailed cap embellished with Caesar's head and engraved with zoomorphic figures.
Carved, veined walnut mount, decorated with silver threads and a thumb piece depicting a Roman profile flanked by two garlands and topped with a crown. Wooden ramrod.
Very fine condition.
