Exceptional Antique Renaissance style Sterling Silver Fish Serving Set, comprised of 2 large servers (fork & knife). Filled silver handles are richly decorated with a decoration of scrolling foliage on a textured ground, cut-out leather style monogrammed cartouche, and a spectacular Mascaron at the tip of the handles.. The engraved end s are solid silver, and repeat the same chased decor of the handles. Beautifully crafted from the highest quality silver, each piece is punched with the Minerve 1st standard (.950) hallmark on both handles and ends, and maker's mark of Master Goldsmith HENIN & Cie active in 1896.This exceptional fish serving set is in very good condition, moreover revised and cleaned by our Parisian Goldsmith, and just light signs of use to note.
