Double-leaf chest of drawers called English-style in speckled maple inlaid with amaranth with palmette motifs and foliage scrolls on the front, built in oak. This dresser opens: In the upper part: a writing tablet, a locker in the middle and two small drawers on each side. In the lower part with two leaves revealing three drawers and a frieze drawer concealed in the plinth. Double groove gray veined marble top. Original lock. Good quality Parisian work of cabinetmaking dating from the 19th century around 1830. Note used leather (possibility of restoration)
