Very beautiful old painting from the Restoration period, oil on canvas mounted on cardboard, signed lower right "Dupont Fecit 1822", (possibly Alphonse Dupont), representing the hieratic portrait of a little boy in bust of the face, dressed in a waistcoat with a gilt brass button, finished with a wide collar of white lace. Many gaps and dirt, slightly concave cardboard, in its walnut frame and veneer. Beautiful composition to restore. Total dimensions 55 cm x 48 cm, painting only 41 cm x 34 cm
