Pascal Astier is the creator of the Tubisme movement inspired by the Master Fernand Léger (1881-1855) which paved the way for these contrasts of geometric shapes in bright colors, clearly cut. He exhibited for the first time on the advice of Renée Garmy (professor of drawing and Ikebana at the Beaux Arts de Paris)
