Yvonne Perin (1905 Brussels -1967 Namur).
Belgian painter of figures and landscapes. Student at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, C. Montald and A. Bastien (1924-1929, 1933-1934). Second Godecharle Prize (1930) and first prize of the Rubens Foundation (1931) thanks to which she attended the Grande Chaumière Academy in Paris where she met her husband, the painter and sculptor, Ricardo Magni. Prix de Rome in 1934, she studied fresco in Italy. From 1937 to 1939, she created costumes and sets for the Molière and Galeries theaters in Brussels.
