Large Bambara Mali crest mask. These masks were worn during agricultural festivals, this one is the male, he represents an antelope mixed with the sun, he still has his rattan headdress covered with fabrics, cowries and animal fringes, small jewels in glass beads, it is very rare to have them complete as here.
