Large and beautiful chocolate pot in solid silver by Hénin silversmiths (Hénin&Cie). Truncated in shape, the base and the upper part are set with a large festoon of crossed nets and ribbons in the Louis XVI style. The base-shaped spout, covered with a palm leaf, is carved with leaves on a matte background. On one side, the turned neck is screwed into its baluster sleeve. On the neck lays the swollen lid and provided with a charming leaf grip and its flowers, mounted on a hinge, lifting to allow the passage of the grooved head foamer. Hallmark of Hénin & Cie, hallmark of French guarantee, head of Mercury 1st title (950) (equivalent to the head of Minerva for export) and head of Hare in use on July 1, 1888 for silverware sold in France , next to the head of Mercury.
