"Marquetry Music Score Cabinet"
Nice work of diamond marquetry on the upper doors of this musician's cabinet, those at the bottom simulate a sliding curtain whose vertical blades are slightly curved and also inlaid with a crimp with alternating patterns on the bias. The top and sides inlaid with four-leaf curling panels with fillet outlines. The lower doors reveal a layout of vertical dividers that allow you to store the scores of our great classics. The upper plate is lined on three sides with an openwork bronze gallery, the top of the uprights are covered with bronze scraps and the feet with foliated clogs.
