IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, DIFFICULT TO DATE, 1803: CREATION OF A REGIMENT WITHIN THE MARINE ARTILLERY CORPS: THE SAILORS OF THE IMPERIAL GUARD, IN 1900, THE TROOPS BECOME COLONIAL AND PASS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE ARMY OF EARTH: THE REGIMENT BECOMES THE 1 ST COLONIAL ARTILLERY REGIMENT (1 ER RAC). I DATE THIS REGIMENTAL INSIGNIA TO ITS CREATION IN 1900. WHERE OLD WOOD HAS BEEN CHANGED THE OLD WAS VERMOULU, REDONE IDENTICALLY, MARKING WITH ANCHOR AND N° 1 ON EACH CANNON MOVING RELIC OF AN EXCEPTIONAL REGIMENT, MADE OF BRONZE AND STEEL, WHICH HAS TO CHAIR, IN THE OFFICES OF SUCCESSIVE CORPS CHIEF, SINCE 1900.
