Magnificent Gien earthenware game service, “Les Oiseaux” model, 14 pieces. It consists of 10 plates with polychrome decoration presenting 6 different birds, partridges, woodcocks, ducks, herons, pheasants...a hollow round dish, a large oval dish, a vegetable dish with its lid and a sauce boat. The sets are hand painted and each piece is signed, 1950s era. Dimensions: Plate diameter: 25 cm. Hollow dish: diameter: 30 cm. Dish: 43 cm by 26.5 cm. Together in perfect condition.
