"Silver Lamps From The Restoration Period"
Pair of silver metal candlesticks mounted as lamps. From the Restoration period, round base chiselled with friezes, laurel garlands interspersed with rosettes, fluted barrel, binets decorated with palmettes, striated bobèches. These candlesticks bear the hallmark of the Cailar Bayard goldsmith house. The silvering is in perfect condition, they have not been drilled for electrification! The Cailar Bayard house was taken over by Christofle in 1912. They are surmounted by conical shades of gray color dotted with silver sequins
