Beautiful work by the Avignon painter Hyacinthe Royet which represents a busy street in the historic center of the city of Avignon with its shops.
Hyacinthe Royet, student of the New School of Avignon, exhibited at the Salon des artistes français from 1891 to 1904 then attended the Salon des Indépendants from 1907 to 1914.
He produced his works on the motif by setting up his easel in Avignon or Villeneuve lès Avignon .
Dimensions: 31.5 x 41.5 cm at sight without its frame and 43 x 53 cm with its modern frame.
