Small table planter attributed to Auguste JEAN with enamel decoration painted with great finesse Remarkable work Premises of Art Nouveau. Around 1880. 18x8x13 cm Perfect condition! Auguste Jean, born January 19, 1829 in Paris and died November 3, 1896 in Vierzon, was a French ceramist and glassmaker. He was one of the actors in the revival of French earthenware in the middle of the 19th century alongside Joseph Devers, Charles-Jean Avisseau, Georges Pull, Eugène Rousseau and Théodore Deck.
