"Gold Earrings, Circa 1880,"
This charming pair of earrings is in gold, the gooseneck attachment system is set with a pearl, underneath is a small Louis XVI style knot which holds two elliptical elements embellished with a small pattern square enclosing small pearls. They are hallmarked with an eagle's head, gold control in force since 1838. Late 19th century period. Height with gooseneck 45 mm. Gross weight 4.15 grams.
