Verneuil Circa 1910 Art Deco diamond and sapphire garter ring Metal: 750°/°°° white gold and 850°/°°° platinum (hardly legible hallmarks) Type of stones: diamonds (8/8-cut central diamond, rose-cut paving diamonds ) and Verneuil sapphire Pattern dimensions: (height) 0.5 cm x (width) 1.5 cm Ring size: 54 Total weight (gross): 2.1 g. State of conservation: very good condition Superb Art Deco ring in a garter shape composed of a central 8/8 cut diamond in a closed setting supported on either side by a Verneuil sapphire. The set is paved with rose-cut diamonds. Very great elegance for this jewel in the purest Art Deco style.
