The backrest with a wide openwork band decorated with finely carved trelliswork.
The lion's head armrests, the front hock legs and the rear saber legs.
The openwork composition of the backrest is strictly identical to that of a set delivered by Jacob Frères, unstamped, in 1800 for the Tuileries Palace, then installed in 1807 in Fontainebleau in a dining room of the princes' apartment.

Each armchair has a leather tag under the seat with an inventory number '433'.
Fine quality green leather upholstery, sawtooth leather braid.
Very good state of conservation, usual restorations.
