Condition report:
Very good condition of the decanter. Scratches from use on the frame. Vermeil wear of time. Very good state of integrity.
While some great goldsmiths have made it their specialty to mount objects in BACCARAT crystal, the House also included pieces in its catalog with a silver mount. Made to order, all combinations of shapes, models and frames were possible. The catalogs made it possible to show all the possible models and to place these orders, according to one's taste, sometimes helped by samples.
