CHINA, Neolithic period, Yangshao culture. Vase with a globular body comprising two small handles and a narrow widening neck. The red-brown and black geometric decor develops into stylized figures separated by circles holding a checkerboard. Terracotta and polychromy. Height: 25cm. 3rd millennium BC.
