"Pair Of "french Glass" Vases, Signed Charder, Art Deco - 1927"
Pair of high ogival vases, signed by the famous master glassmaker Charles Schneider (1881-1953), known as Charder. This essential artist of the Art Deco movement is known for having created, with his brother Ernest, the art glass factory “Le Verre Français”. Acid-etched cameos, these vases are decorated with bunches of grapes and vines on a powdery yellow background. They have small round ears as handles and rest on a pedestal. True works of art, these vases will bring a chic Art Deco touch to your decoration. ********** Period: 1927 Excellent condition.
