Louis XV Commode In Crossbow. Walnut Wood. Provençal Work From The Region Of Aix En Provence. Louis XV chest of drawers called "crossbow". It opens with three drawers sculpted on the front with scalloped cartridges with protruding mouldings. The front amounts rounded with reserve and ends with "snail" feet. The top is corbin beak. The sides, with chapel decoration, have raised panels. The pull handles and keyholes are in bronze Walnut wood. Very good condition and nice patina. Missing a lock on a drawer. Lack of keys.
