Pretty oil on canvas from the 1940s representing a floral composition in a circular vase with a Montparnasse type carved wooden frame. Dimensions: frame: width: 45 cm; height: 53 cm canvas: width: 32 cm; height: 40cm. Signed lower right: Lucie Bousquet-Baraton, painter born in 1981 and died in 1976; Some of his works were presented in 1930 at the exhibition organized by the Society of Friends of the Arts of Seine et Oise in the salons of the town hall of Versailles. On the frame is annotated in pencil “Zette, Cercle de la France d'Outre-Mer (Arts-Sciences – Letters) 29/1/56. Good condition.
