Pair of silver-plated bronze candlesticks, Louis XIV period, late 17th or early 18th century. They are made on silverware models. The base is round, engraved with a frieze of quartefeuilles on a matte background, the shaft is engraved with lanceoles and acanthus leaves. State, good, they were formerly re-silvered, the 18th century sockets are reported and they have been welded to the binet. Rare model in good condition.
