Double bolt toggle. Back plates signed J. Chalet for one and the other St. Etienne, each with a monogrammed Pollet Virtus motto badge. Outer dogs, with hammers featuring dolphins. For pinfire cartridge.
Scroll trigger guard.
Burr walnut stock. Steel buttplate.
All the fittings are richly engraved with pampers, with an angel of Bacchus on the locking key, and a devil on the scroll of the trigger guard, which itself is enriched with a couple depicting Adam and Eve. All screws are guilloché.
The walnut case features a triple brass lock. The interior is lined with purple velvet and boxwood burr. With original accessories (1 missing).
