"The Apostles' Creed: 12 Engravings By Adrian Collaert After Marten De Vos Circa 1600"
This complete set of the twelve engravings of the Creed of the Apostles by Adrian Collaert after Marten de Vos were engraved around 1600 (Ref: Hollstein 863 and New Hollestein 729.1). This series was mounted on panels and framed with velvet in a very modernist bias. The engravings show a lot of wear as well as handwritten annotations, however, the originality of the presentation and the quality of the drawing make it a testimony worthy of interest.
