Regency Period Mirror In Golden Wood
Regency period mirror with glazing beads in carved and gilded wood decorated with falling flower garlands, acanthus leaves and lambrequins. Important jagged pediment decorated at the top with a plume with large acanthus leaves. Later period mirrors. Removable pediment, see photos. Gilding in very good state of conservation with some jumps and partial recoveries at the level of the pediment. Height of the mirror without the pediment: 110 cms Height of the mirror with the pediment: 185 cms
