This suite is attributed by hand on the protective cover to Abel TRUCHET, other sources attribute it to Frans de Geetere, but it is more certainly the work of Denis VOLX.

Each of these prints bears a handwritten title in pencil at the bottom right: Overture - Régals - Idylle High-Life - Tableau populaire - A Madame X, filles - Au bal.

Two of these prints feature Verlaine himself.
