Museum, Italy, Campobasso Scissors, With Royal Crown, Marked,

Superb pair of Campobasso steel scissors, stamped with a V (or a U) under crown. Rings, and doubling of blades too, (rare!) are finely openworked and engraved, a polished steel lace.
Cutting edge of blades is also engraved of flowers, (rare!) like part of central axis.
Two young girls wear the Royal Crown of Italy high, above a fleur-de-lis, and in base of rings, there is like a monogram showing the number II or IIII?, but I'm not sure of anything .
Except that these scissors are probably unique and exceptional.
Condition of discovery, they show some light wear, and could be better polished…
