Measures 6.4 x 6.3 x 0.7cm.
Rectangular in form and consisting of a gilded and enamelled brass frame, the central plaque is decorated with the monogram ‘SMR’ with a crowned ’T’ above. The reverse of the pendant is set with a specimen of faceted and polished agate.
A similar example can be found in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum, Accession number: 167-1866.
