"Trench Work Dagger - Copper - Ww1"
Copper Dagger Trench Craft. Most likely hewn from a copper plate. Unlike a dagger or a classic knife where the blade is inserted into the handle and then riveted, this one is in one piece. The notches made on the handle resemble the tip of a knife (see photo 3). We can assume that the soldier who made this dagger therefore used the tip of another knife to embellish his creation. If you accidentally find yourself in a trench fighting, this dagger will be ready to help you, be sure about this...(see photo5)
