"Bamboo Coat Rack 1950s - 1960s Louis Sognot"
Louis SOGNOT (1892-1969) decorative artist and designer, protagonist of Cubism and the Modern Movement, he would later stand out. A former student of the École Bernard Palissy, he learned cabinetmaking with Jansen and then fitting out ocean liners in the Krieger workshop. Large wall-mounted rattan coat rack with an asymmetrical geometric structure, consisting of four coat hooks at the top and an umbrella stand at the bottom with its copper trim.
