Modernist Art Deco Desk Circa 1930 In Mahogany

Modernist Art Deco desk, manufacture around 1930, piece of furniture entirely made of mahogany veneer. Desk comprising on one side a box opening in front by a door giving access to a storage space composed of a shelf, the rounded front corner is decorated with a solid brass plate. The other side is composed of a small box projecting on the side with two drawers. the base is made by a plinth set back from the boxes. The tray has a work surface in faux leather in Havana color with gold edging (refurbished) A drawer completes the storage on the front under the tray. Original solid brass hardware. Authentic Art Deco period furniture completely restored in our cabinetmaking workshop. Buffer varnish finish (resistant to splashing water, alcohol, etc.) refurbished.
