Demosthenes, pursued by the soldiers of Antipatros, is poisoned in the temple of Poseidon (Island of Calaurie). Wash engraving after a bas-relief by Jean-Guillaume MOITTE (Paris 1746 † 1810). IFF XVIIIth, Volume XII, n°150. Portalis and Béraldi, n°72. Old bluish border labeled with a legend and bearing the address "In Paris, at Janinet, rue Haute-Feuille n°5 & Jauffret at the Palais-Royal n°61, next to the Café de Foy". Signed in the plate. Rare proof without the letter.
