Cangiullo met Marinetti with whom he took part in the beginnings of the Futurist movement. He will present his works in futuristic international salons until 1924, before beginning the second part of his career where he now paints genre scenes, in Paris or Italy. His works can be found in the greatest museums (National Gallery of Art in Washington, at the MoMa in New York, etc.)
