Beautiful enamel representing a view of the Pont Saint Michel and the Abbessaille district in Limoges. Our enamel was made by Master enameller André Bureau on a curved copper plate and bears the artist's signature in the decoration at the bottom right. This magnificent work was entirely executed by hand. a label attesting to this is stuck on the back of our enamel. It is sold in a beautiful patinated wooden frame with black trim, the provenance of the framer is also inscribed on the back. As a reminder, the abbessaille is a district of the city of Limoges, located on the banks of the Vienne, at the foot of the historic district of the city, located below the retaining walls of the gardens of the Bishopric.
