"Napoleon III Middle Table In Boulle Marquetry"
Violin-shaped middle table in engraved brass marquetry on a red tortoiseshell and blackened wood background.The tray is surrounded by a chiseled bronze mold. The strongly fretted crosspieces, one of which forms a drawer, are surrounded by bronze moldings and mascarons.
It rests on four arched feet plated with brass and tortoiseshell enriched with falling spatula and encased hooves.
Napoleon III period.
Good general condition but plan to pick up some nets, 2/3 missing.
