Biography: Peter Richard Alan Meier (born 1934 in New Jersey, USA) is an American architect and abstract artist. Once his degree from Cornell University in his pocket, he visited Italy, Greece, Israel, France, Germany, he then worked at Skidmore then for Marcel Breuer. It was not until 1963 that he created his agency "Richard Meier & Partners" in New York.
