Porcelain chocolatier, with polychrome and gold Japanese floral decoration -silver mounted - early 20th century - Samson - Porcelaine de Paris.
The silver mount was originally vermeil (vermeil still visible on the inside edge when the lid is lifted, see photos).
Minerva hallmark and goldsmith hallmark (illegible).
Original turned/carved wooden handle and frother.
Very good state.
