Pinfire cartridge revolver, "Chaineux" type and 10-shot cylinder in caliber 8 m/m, II° Empire period -1860/70, XIX°. All black bronzed metal parts. Striped barrel with thunder sides then round, carrying rear sight mounted on dovetail. Batit finely chiselled with foliage and punched with a "T" under the crown. 10-shot cylinder with hollow chambers, bearing "ELG" & "T" hallmarks under the crown and chiselled with a decoration in a series of scrolls and lines alternating one chamber out of two. Relaxation under the trigger guard. Grooved and engraved black ebonite butt pads, ring cap and engraved butt stock back. Mechanism in working order in single and double action with cocked catch with good indexing of the chambers. Punch "D" crowned on the front and loading door on the right side rising.
